How can I check the status of my order?
You can quickly and easily check the status of your order in your Jowjewelry Account. Simply login to your account first. Click on the âMy accountâ link on the bottom bar of the homepage. Once you are logged in click on âMy Ordersâ in the menu list on the left hand side of the page.
I received the tracking link, but itâs not working
If the link is not yet active when you receive our email, please allow 24 to 48 hours for the system to update. Tracking numbers need time to become activated by the carrierâs tracking system.
